School Notes

On Nov. 22, the Lake Gibson Middle school FCCLA chapter went to Lighthouse Ministries to make pumpkin pies with the children at the women's and children's facility. The FCCLA members and the children made 15 pumpkin pies for the children and their families to enjoy at Thanksgiving. They also helped the smaller children with Thanksgiving-themed crafts. GFS of Lakeland donated pumpkin for the pies.
